These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy (collectively, the “Terms”), form a binding agreement between GALAXY INFORMATICS (INDIA) (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, and govern your use of this website and the goods and services offered on it (the “Services”).

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. We may modify them at any time; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

Who you are contracting with

This store is operated by GALAXY INFORMATICS (INDIA), established in 1987, with its registered office at 105, Avinash Mansion, 82/3 Joshi Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005, India. Our contact details are set out at the bottom of this page and on our contact page.

Products and descriptions

• We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative; minor variations in finish, colour or packaging may occur between production batches.
• Where a product is offered as “price on request”, the listing is an invitation to request a quotation and not an offer to sell at a stated price.
• Specifications, certifications and lead times quoted on the site are those given to us by the manufacturer and may be updated without notice.

Pricing, taxes and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable GST is shown separately at checkout.
• Any shipping charge is shown before you pay, or is stated in your quotation. We do not add charges after an order is confirmed.
• Online payments are processed by our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We never handle or store your card or bank credentials.
• If an item is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that item in full under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Using this website

• You agree to give true, accurate and complete information when ordering or contacting us, and you are responsible for activity carried out through your details.
• You agree not to use the website or the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or by applicable law.
• The content of this website is our property or that of our suppliers. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
• The website may link to third-party sites. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Our instruments are supplied for professional, research and educational use and must be used by suitably trained people in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by an event outside its reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or in connection with them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, Delhi.
