Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we dispatch and deliver orders placed through this website, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. For institutional, bulk or international requirements, please request a quote — delivery terms for those orders are confirmed individually before the order is accepted.

Dispatch & delivery timelines

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
• Delivery typically takes a further 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the courier.
• Made-to-order, imported and quote-based items have longer lead times. We confirm the expected lead time in writing at the time of order or in your quotation.
• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge is shown to you before you pay, or is stated in your quotation. Charges depend on the product’s weight and dimensions and on the delivery location. We do not add charges after an order is confirmed.

Tracking your order

We confirm dispatch by email or phone. Where the courier provides tracking, we share the tracking number with you at the same time.

Delivery attempts and delays

Couriers normally make more than one delivery attempt; please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable. Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by courier backlogs, weather, regional restrictions or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delay and, if the delay is unacceptable to you, you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please tell us on the day of delivery (or on the expected delivery date, if the shipment is missing). These cases are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Taxes and documentation

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable GST is shown separately at checkout, and a GST invoice is issued with every order.
